Flashlight: Deploy

Changed A LOT from the other version.

Things that still need to be fixed:
- Bubble shield icon on HUD needs to be repositioned.
- Better shaders for the shield... still. :/
- New effects.
- Make the top of the generator spin.
Unlike the grav lift in my other video, this one does not deploy via flashlight. This is solely for testing; the final will deploy just like the grav lift.
Bugs/To be Fixed, Added:
- Different shield shader
- Longer uptime
- New effects
- New sounds
- Textures for the shield generator
