I managed to get a Sega Saturn emulator to run almost flawlessly. Watch how I play some of my Saturn favorites, including Battle Arena Toshiden Remix, Virtual On, Virtua Cop and last but, not least, Guardian Heroes!
Highly recomended with anyone with a PSP, or you need a reason to buy a PSP, this is the reason why.
